  • Quality

    We aim to sell only the highest quality used (and sometimes new) sportswear, and any flaws or imperfections will be noted in the item description and shown in the photos. Keeping that in mind, occasionally there will be signs of wear on items, comparable to what you would find with an item bought from a thrift store. All items are washed before shipping; however an occasional dog hair may make it’s way into the package. Don’t blame us, blame Nigel!

  • Shipping

    All items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking numbers provided. We try to ship every few days, but if you ever need something quicker, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

  • Returns

    Sorry, but we don’t accept returns. In special cases where there is an issue with your order (wrong item delivered, damaged during shipping) we are happy to make exceptions. Please reach out to us with any questions about returns.
